Product description: Fragrant dark brown vanilla extract created from whole vanilla pods, using an alcohol free methodology. Certified Halal.

Concentration: Equal to 100g vanilla pods per litre of extract (1 fold concentration).

Ingredients: Infused fresh vanilla pods (100g/l), glycerine (palm free) (50%), water. All natural ingredients, no preservatives, no colouring agents, no restricted substances, no allergens.

Guarantee: This product is free from chemicals and artificial ingredients. The natural vanilla pods used to make this product were cultivated in an organic manner without the use of chemicals or artificial fertilisers.

Physical: pH 4.7. Density 1.088kg/L. Soluble in water.

Applications: Baked goods, beverages, desserts, ice cream, pastries, confectionery etc.

Suggested Dosage: 10-16g extract per kg

Shelf Life: 24 months, un-opened @ <20°C
